Golf is a spring sport with district being held in early April.

Practice meets will be held in March and the District meet for the 2009-2010 school year will be held at Squaw Valley Golf Course in Glen Rose on April 5 & 12.

Walnut Springs High School has had golf for a number of years now. If you want to play you must have your own clubs and you must be passing. Walnut Springs does not have a golf course but our neighboring cities do. There are no classes that specifically teach golf so you have to practice on your own time.
