Being in the National Honor Society is not only an honor, but it is a privilege.  It takes hard work to maintain all that is required to become a member.  You must keep your grades up to standard while you juggle many other extracurricular activities or after school jobs.  As a member of this organization, you are held in high respect by teachers and other students.  You should do your best to set an example for those around you.
