Citizen Complaints

The Police Department for Walnut Springs ISD is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability within the department. We value the trust placed in us by our students, parents, staff, and community, and we take all concerns seriously. This complaint form is provided to ensure that any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the conduct or actions of our department or its personnel can be formally reviewed. All submissions will be handled with care, fairness, and confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. Your feedback is important and helps us continually improve our service to the Walnut Springs ISD community.

The Texas Government Code Section 614.022 requires our agency to accept signed, notarized statements (originals) only. All signed complaints are reviewed at the executive level. If you wish to be contacted and/or notified of the status of your complaint, you may call 254-797-2132.

We recognize the positive impact our team can have, and we welcome your feedback to acknowledge exemplary service. This compliment form allows members of the public to formally recognize officers who have gone above and beyond in their duties. Your submissions will be shared with the appropriate personnel and help reinforce the values and standards that make our department strong.
